Rudest and worst experience here. Tottori is racist, rude, and a liar. I went here for braces and after doing x-rays he told me my teeth will shift straight on its own. its been 5 years. My teeth is still in bad shape and I still need braces. Not sure why he lied. I kind of had a feeling he was lying too when he said that because how do adult teeth shift into straight teeth on its own without braces?? I came in for a free consultation on August 7th 2026.The orthodontist, Dr. Steven T. Tottori, chose to demean and speak down to me instead of explaining what ‘short teeth roots’ were. Im obviously not an orthodontist and I only have an average amount of knowledge when it comes to internal tooth root structures. We were on vacation from the mainland and my daughter forgot her rubber bands. Target and Walmart don’t sell them. I called Dr. Tottori’s office because we were nearby and the front office staff was so kind and helpful. She asked me the size and class of her rubber bands and generously gave them to us for free saving my daughter’s teeth for the week. Such a kind and caring gesture I am sure they are a wonderful orthodontist office. We greatly appreciate it!
