Impossible to contact individual offices; important machines not working, went into surgery without pictures of my retina being taken. If you have a’ 11am surgery you are called at 8am and made to wait 3 hours (they won’t reveal your surgery time or place in line to you. It’s….a mystery.) After my surgery I still can’t see anything.
