The doctor is nice when I go in person. However I’ve had to call 6 or 7 times before anyone has answered the phone, and the voicemail box is full so you can’t even leave a message. When I finally got a hold of someone they said they would email my prescription information to me, the purpose of the call, and they NEVER did.
Nobody answers the phone and the voice mail is full. I’ve been trying to call all day. Their answering service can’t get through either. Answering service suggested I “drive over there.” Super unprofessional :(
