Steven Sears Building Company has helped me with two major home renovations. As I designer myself, I needed someone to bring my ideas to life through the building phase of these renovations. Steven Sears Served as General Contractor in 2007 for a kitchen and master suite addition. The project was on time and on budget. Steve and Kathy Sears completed a custom home for me in 2016. The floor plan was designed by me, Klein4Design, LLC. I collaborated with Steve and Kathy on the Exterior. I LOVE my new home and so does EVERYONE! I Absolutely would recommend Steve & Kathy to anyone because they are the TOTAL package! Construction and Design!
Kathy and Steve helped us with our complete kitchen remodel that included a bathroom transformation. They were full of great ideas and helpful tips to help with planning and designing along the way. We had some ideas, but they helped us think of things that were so important that we probably would have missed without their guidance. They were always available when we had questions. The end results were wonderful! We love our new kitchen!!
