Steven was very professional and timely. He took me to see many homes. He was available at all hours if needed. We eventually found my dream home together. This is the second house I bought with him and will use him in the future. The first home he negotiated a great price for it and I made a large profit. The first home also needed some work before I sold it. He gave me the name of a contractor that did great work at a reasonable price. Saved me 6000 on a roof.
Worked with Steve getting in our place in Roseville. Not only did he listen to our wants, but he transitioned them into exactly the place we were hunting! He was nice, funny, and addressed all our questions and small little issues that are sure to pop up VERY quickly, and not with an attitude either - Great to work with overall. I do NOT forsee us moving soon, But would recommend him to my closest family and friends!
