From the front desk person who greets you, to the one who questions you on what the problem is, to the one who does the x-rays, and finally to Dr. Rayappa, who helps you decide what to do with the painful shoulder, I highly recommend this practice! I have had both knees done and now may have to have my shoulder replaced. This time, he was able to buy me some time by giving me an injection to see if that helps the pain, and to regroup in 6 weeks. He replaced my husband's shoulder so I do trust him to do what is best!
