After calling 3 other dentists in my neighborhood & got no help, I called Dr.Pressling's office Saturday morning in alot of pain. They told me to come right away, which I did. He diagnosed the problem & went to work right away to stop the pain. It was a huge relief. Thank you so much. There is nothing worse than tooth pain, so I appreciate how fast he & his staff worked to get it resolved. Did I say the SAME DAY?!? He & his staff are very easy going, welcoming & accommodating. I came to Augusta Dental Center after my dentist of 40 years (starting when was 8 eyes old) retired. Close friends recommended Dr. Pressling. My friends, family, and I have had consistently excellent work done at Augusta Dental Center. Drs. Pressing and Tsang are always willing to listen and work with us for the best results. I've seen an older family member and friends with terrible teeth get them fixed and come out smiling. The friendly staff is kind and patient. I recommend them very highly!
I cannot say enough how amazing my experience was with Augusta and how amazing their dentist is. I was having a nervous breakdown from the wisdom tooth pain I was in, and I knew I couldn’t take another hour of pain. I was starting to lose it. I called Augusta desperately at 8AM, and they had me come in by 1030 and my wisdom tooth was out by 12!!!!Their dentist is a literal angel. He made the experience so easy. I never write reviews but I feel compelled to share our experience with Dr. Pressling. I am the team mom for a New York-based boys volleyball club. We were in Chicago for the MLK Winter Championship tournament. One of our players, who was traveling without a parent, dove for a ball and cracked his front tooth. He had extreme nerve pain. Dr. Pressling opened his office for us at 10 PM on a snowy Saturday night of a holiday weekend. He performed a root canal and bonded the tooth. Overcharged me! Gave one price in the beginning then another after work is done, work quality seems good but after a year another pain and another dentist confirms that the old work was done wrong.
I am from Indiana, and needed an emergency procedure. I was up for 2 days straight in pain. I called Augusta dental and they took me in that day. Dr. Pressling saw me instantly and took care of my issue within 10 minutes of me being there. I cannot thank him and his staff for the immediate response to my issue enough. I feel 100 X better, thanks to Augusta Dental Center.
