As a physician, I have a keen appreciation for how patients are treated. Loved everyone at this place. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating and got me an appt. within one day. Dr. Steven Chase and his assistant were very kind, showed a great deal of empathy, and took care of the problem immediately. Now I can hear normally again w/o pain! Thank you Southern Utah ENT and thank you Dr. Chase.
I’ve been visiting Dr Chase regularly since 2014. He’s literally the best Dr I’ve ever been to. He actually cares and he’s an advocate for his patients. His staff is equally amazing. He’s helped me find a medication that has restored my quality of life and helped me fight to get back on that medication after the insurance started to deny its coverage. A+ all around.
Home for the night after having a lump removed from my neck. Dr. Stevens and his staff are amazing people., professional, caring, knowledgeable well trained, experienced, and kind. Dr. Chase is wonderful! He is an excellent, knowledgeable, compassionate doctor. He does not rush through an appointment but takes time to examen, explain, and answer questions. Also, his staff is friendly and competent and made me feel at ease.
Dr. Chase is very compassionate and an excellent doctor. My case was urgent and they were able to schedule me right away and I'm very please with the outcome of my surgery.
