Conniving thieves. Sun up to sun down. They take total advantage of people just to make a buck. Feel sorry for the people who bought my old car that wasn't fixed before sale. I'm sure.

One of the worst places you can deal with!!! I got an official email from the director of internal sales support that I was insulted in because I wrote a check with the wrong format, though having a sales person direct me to write it in this format. Worst after buying service and dealing ever.

Bought a new Outlander Sport in 2015, and the experience with sales staff was great, had a recall in 2016 experience was great. Had recalls this year couldn't get it scheduled with them and they never called back the 3 times I called them. Had MURDOCK Mitsubishi do the recalls, one call to them and everything was scheduled and taken care of. As I live in Hays , Wichita and Manhattan are same distance to drive , Murdock is now looking more appealing to do business with.
I went in 3 weeks ago to buy a car. I knew more about the car and car sales than the sales man. We were kept an hour after they closed to be told the Finance person was gone for the day and we would get a call the next afternoon. 10 messages later NO ONE CALLED me back. No one!!! Today I get a letter from a bank who denied my purchase of a car I never even looked at. This is FRAUD!!!!! I just got my 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage from this dealership and its beautiful. Worked with Physha and Jeremy. They are both GREAT!! I would highly recommend this dealership as well as Physha and Jeremy.
