My daughter has had a history of GI issues since she was a toddler (she is now a teen). She is new to the practice and Dr. Liu patiently and proactively inquired about her history and effectively engaged her in devising a treatment plan. His ability to secure the buy in of a teen was impressive and I highly recommend him!
He is a very kind and thorough physician who cares for his patients. He is attentive, takes the time to listen, and always engages in meaningful conversations to ensure common goals are Met. His professionalism and excellent patient care reflect great customer service. In addition, his nurse (Monica) provides wonderful support, making the experience even better. Liu seemed annoyed with our concerns and questions about our child's GI issues; he rolled his eyes at each question and looked away. He made a few remarks and gestures that were inappropriate and unprofessional. He left the room without providing a plan for help, which was extremely disappointing and hurtful. We expected more from him. He gave a strange excuse for every concern we had and blew us all off as if all these issues were just in our minds and in our child's mind, which was very disrespectful. I can't say enough great things about Dr Liu and his practice. Our family has been seeing Dr Liu for about 10 years. He is one of the kindest, most friendly, and knowledgeable MD we've had over the years. You call and leave a meassge and get a call righ back. The office staff and nurses are amazing. Thank you for all you do.
Dr. Liu was so nice and helpful! He really took the time to all of my concerns and I did not feel rushed at all. And he was so great with my baby!
Dr. Liu is a wonderful pediatric gastroenterologist. He took such great care of our son. His nurse took a very thorough history before he came into the room. We didn’t feel rushed and we felt like they really cared about the details. Dr. Liu listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. My son and I have been working with Dr. Liu for several years now, and we LOVE him! He has been very proactive with my son’s care, and he has a wonderful bedside manner. He always takes the time to LISTEN, and my son is thriving under his care.
