Dr. Marcus had a very good bedside manner and spent time with us reviewing my child's condition, concerns, and the first step in a treatment plan. The treatment plan was clear and easy to follow! His nurse is also excellent and easy to work with!
Dr. Gold is one of the best pediatric specialists. He is wonderful with children, compassionate, listens, and very caring. He is very knowledgeable.
She interacted with my child individually to address the concern in her own words. She was informative and gave me clear tinelines on when to reach out again yo evaluate.
Dr Gold always takes his time with his patients. Goes over everything to make sure ypu understand what's going in with your child
Liu seemed annoyed with our concerns and questions about our child's GI issues; he rolled his eyes at each question and looked away. He made a few remarks and gestures that were inappropriate and unprofessional. He left the room without providing a plan for help, which was extremely disappointing and hurtful. We expected more from him. He gave a strange excuse for every concern we had and blew us all off as if all these issues were just in our minds and in our child's mind, which was very disrespectful. I can't say enough great things about Dr Liu and his practice. Our family has been seeing Dr Liu for about 10 years. He is one of the kindest, most friendly, and knowledgeable MD we've had over the years. You call and leave a meassge and get a call righ back. The office staff and nurses are amazing. Thank you for all you do.
