I go out of my way to see this doctor! He is extremely kind and goes out of his way for his patients!! I highly recommend him!! He also has a fantastic bedside manner !! Very knowledgeable!!
I spoke to Dr Lichtenstein on 11/13/18 in regards to a procedure done to me on 9/28/18. On 9/28/18 I was seen by one of his Doctors Dr. Mervin Danilewitz at Mercy Philadelphia Hospital 501 S. 54th Street. It was the worst experience I had in my life. Dr. Lichtenstein states that he could not find a consent form for the procedure also Dr. “D” states he came to see me on 9/29/18 in my hospital room which he didn’t. This doctor did a full colon procedure on me with biopsy without any anesthesia.
Dr Lichtenstein is great. He always listens to my questions and explains things so I understand them. I Have been seeing him since 2012.
Dr. Lichtenstein is very Professional amd yet very personable. He takes the time with his patients, to explain everything and put them at ease. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a good G.I. doctor.
These surveys are not good because the doctor is excellent but a lot of the office staff are lazy and don't get messages to the doctor... or when they do it's the wrong message and the doctor will call questioning the message and then i tell him what I called for and it just makes more work for the doctor. Also they don't put the test results in the computer so he has to look everything up while I'm there instead of being able to see it in my chart like it is supposed to be.
Wonderfully informative, easy to speak to and able to explain my procedure in layman’s terms!!
He was very kind, and professional, spend time to explain everything which was a rare experience. I would recommend him to my family and friends.
He is a great doctor. Very thorough when explaining things to you.
