Caring, listens to me and great doctor
Dr. Landgarten has been our internist for over 40 years. . He has never been wrong in the many diagnoses he has made through the years. He has our complete confidence and respect.
I have been a patient of Dr. Landgarten for over 40 years. He has always been extremely proficient in all aspects. He detected that I had a cancerous thyroid gland early on when I had not shown any symptoms.
This was one of the worst Dr visits I have ever had. He was rude from the beginning all the way to the end. He would ask a question and interrupt rudely with irrelevant information. He was very unprepared. Did not have hardly info on me. Did not have any info he should have asked. He asked me medical info that should have been right in front of him and I was not able to find nor was i told to have any of this info handy. Waited nine days for results from biopsy. First response was we haven’t received it yet- then after three days they said it was on his desk - three days after that it was “well, we can’t find it and we don’t know where to look but you have Hashimotos - no treatment.” Second opinion from reputable dr - had para thyroid removed and am much improved.
Will not listen to patient. It’s his way or else. Does not care how your doing or if you ask for a upgrade on your dosage
Great doctor, incompetent staff.
Very professional staff and physician, waiting times are excellent and he is very responsive to questions.
