Dr. Ulc I'd an amazing eye Dr and always get the prescription perfect. The front staff is always friendly and accommodating. However, the newest assistant that was taken on ( new to us) is a nightmare. She was rude and nasty. She kept saying she "did not have" the time to deal with my 8 year old child because she had other clients. She demanded I have her stand because she didn't want to adjust her equipment and chair. Dr. Ulc is AMAZING -- I wish I didn't have to leave the practice as a patient. However, The office, and their billing manners leave much to be desired. I called with a grave concern about how my visit went - How they submitted to my health insurance without advising - without telling me they were out of network - and told me I was paid in full that day -- I went for an emergency, which was very well tended to.
