Dr. Henry listened and heard my issues. He explained a plan to solve my problems.
My son was referred to Dr. Henry for a Ganglion Cyst on his wrist. Called their office and said we needed a formal referral. Okay, took him to his PCP who examined his wrist and said yeah, 100%, Ganglion Cyst, and gave us a referral. Called the office again and was told we need an ultrasound, and that we'd need to go revisit our PCP to get the ultrasound and then also tried to schedule us with a different doctor than the guy we'd been referred to.So, first, a ganglion cyst is obvious.
