Doctor Steven Haddad is by far the best Orthopedic Doctor/surgeon in the Capital Region area! (Doc & all staff members) is well mannord & attentive to details during x-ray imaging as all members from each location kept me in the loop of things during my post and pre-op appointments! Very approachable- knowledge- aware of my pain factor- not in a hurry- explained what was happening- professional- would recommend him to my friends. He was on time with my scheduled appointment. I felt very comfortable in his presence as he explained all that he was going to process.
I went to Dr. Haddad in 2019 for Ankle Sprain. I had to wait nearly 1 year to get his appointment, so I thought the Doctor must be good. He looked at the MRI of my ankle and concluded that just physical therapy would fix my issue. I told him that I already did physical therapy and nothing got fixed. He asked me to try different physical therapist. Since then I tried 4 different physical therapist and even after 4 years nothing got fixed. I still have lot of pain in my right leg.
The visit was perfect . From check in , x-rays and face to face with the provider. Reviewed information. Discussed dates of injury, application of cast. Stage of fracture healing and next step. Recommend to book followup and if not needed to cancel. Caring provider
From checking in to see Dr.Haddad..Everyone was very efficient,helpful, no waiting and friendly.. My procedure and recovery was much easier by having Dr.Haddad .. I would recommend Dr.Haddad and his group to any one who may have a problem..
Dr Haddad's compassion and understanding and knowledge and patience with the pain in my hand and right away after reading ultra sound he knew exactly what I had and how to make me feel better.
