Long story short, newborn with broken collarbone. We drive 1 and a half hours one way just to get to this office, they’re nearly 30 mins late getting us back, get back to the X-Ray tech and I guess she decided that doing her job correctly and with proper communication was too hard. Me and my husband wrangled our newborn still and she snapped two x rays and didn’t say a word more. Dr. Buckley is a pure professional with excellent bedside manner. He has a rare ability to deliver even unpleasant updates in a way that creates calm and optimism.
Took my young daughter to TOC and Dr Buckley. Dr. Buckley was great! He listened to what I had to say and was very thorough in his examination and in his explanation. Very kind and related well to my child!
The facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly!
He took the time to explain the fracture to my 8 year old and help him better understand.
Excellent clinic and staff in the Pediatric division. Dr. Buckley was quick and straightforward. We were sent for a second opinion, and he wasted no time confirming what we thought it was.
Dr. Buckley was kind and gentle with our daughter. He took time with her and listened. Those are such important traits in a healthcare provider. We very much appreciate him and his practice.
Dr. Buckley took his time with my son; he listened to what my son had to say and explained the care plan to us. It was a great visit, in and out in 30 minutes.
Dr. Buckley just didn't walk in the room, half listen, and walk out. He takes time with patients to make sure he understands what's going on and correctly address the issue.
