This was one of the most disorganized and discombobulated car-buying experiences that my girlfriend and I ever experienced. After completing the test drive and financing process at another dealership, we came to this one due to the cheaper MSRP. I was open to driving 2 hours to Harrisonburg on the condition that 1) A buyer's order was sent prior to leaving town and 2) it utilized our preapproval offer. When looking to upgrade I contacted Max who has since been promoted (yay max) he introduced me to Audra and I now have a second favorite person at Steven Kia (yay me) this is my 3rd Kia since 2008 and I’ve been in love ever since!
