This was a great experience!! Jamie helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She was very patient as we took multiple weeks to narrow down our best fit. I would 10/10 recommend purchasing a car here. From the beginning when test driving to the end pick up and putting our children’s car seats in the new car Jamie was fantastic!
Jared and Max were an amazing duo! They made my buying process super easy and both of them had amazing energy. They were great to laugh with and their customer service was nothing short of stellar. They two of them had answers to all of my questions and really did get me the best deal possible. Disrespectful and disappointing and disgusting the way the manager talked to me on the phone all because I was asking about approval odds and wanted to get an attitude and when I say yell he basically did and I don’t understand why I am a consumer and suppose to make a sell and I thought they would want to do that. Needless to say I took 4,000 to car max and got my 4 runner as I won’t deal with someone being so disrespectful when I am human being. Avoid this dealership because there not very friendly .
