Steve was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I are first time home buyers and Steve made the process relatively seamless while providing us with a great deal of knowledge. Additionally, he made himself very accessible throughout the whole transaction. Steve also has a wide knowledge of construction, building systems, renovations etc. which we found very helpful, as we purchased a 1925 Bungalow that needs some renovation work.
