Renata was extremely helpful in helping us through the renting process of our home. She was very friendly during the showing, helpful with the application process and very quick with responses to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend her in the future.

Renata was available 24/7 either online or text as we lived 300 miles from our new home search. She sent us homes via email within our guidelines and set up a couple days to look at our choices on the 2 days we were in town. She helped us get the home we loved and negotiated for some extras. She went to our inspection as we were unable and contacted an attorney on our behalf. She went above and beyond for us and we would highly recommend Renata to anyone looking for a new home.

Steve Katz is the man you want if you want to sell or buy property for the right price. His exhaustive market data collection helped sell our oddball condo in only 3 days for full list price! Throughout the process Steve would answer emails/texts/phone calls quickly and help work out any issues fairly and equitably. His team at @properties was very professional and did great work.
