Steve has been working to get my daughter & I, back downtown, in just the right place, for some time now. His knowledge of the market, as well as specific units is extensive !! You’re better off taking Steve’s real estate advice over that of your best friend. We had specific needs (e.g. suburban location, specific school district, accommodating in-laws) and Steve was simply incredible to work with. Can't really say enough about the way Steve handled our lease. He apprised us of our new home's availability at 2pm on the day the property went up for rent. By that time, there were already 14 applications for it - he had to talk the listing agent into even allowing us to apply. Steve has been amazing to work with! He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, confident and resourceful. It was a long process for us, and Steve not only helped us make important decisions to narrow down scope and think of opportunities, but he was always ready to share lessons learned and observations when we got stuck. Steve did a great job taking us around different neighborhoods as well as giving us the details of each neighborhood. He was extremely knowledgeable about work that may need to be done in each potential home and taught us a lot along the process.
