This was the sixth transaction on which Steve has represented either us or other family members, and it won't be the last. Can't really say enough about the way Steve handled our lease. He apprised us of our new home's availability at 2pm on the day the property went up for rent. By that time, there were already 14 applications for it - he had to talk the listing agent into even allowing us to apply. Renata was wonderful with helping my husband and I find our first home! She went above and beyond to make sure we found what we were looking for. She has great knowledge of the neighborhood we were looking in and was extremely quick with responding to any questions we had. She explained the home buying process to us in detail to ensure we had a full understanding of all the steps since it was our first home purchase. I would highly recommend her!
