Steve's great. About 5 years ago Steve helped us sell a property. Because of his extensive network and well-produced photos, we were under contract on the first day. And just recently we had Steve help us buy. We weren't sure where in the city we wanted to be, and he patiently shepherded us all around the city, sharing with us his insights on renovation costs (he's a general contractor, too), resale value, neighborhood school options, and other issues buyers need to be aware of when buying. We were under contract within 4 days of listing, and closed on the sale of our condo within 6 weeks. I couldn't have scripted a better experience. As a first time buyer I didn't know what to expect but Steve really helped me through the whole process. I told him my price range and my expectations (number of bedrooms, bathrooms ect) and little else. I wasn't sure if I wanted a high rise building a townhouse or a condo.
