It was a long process for us, and Steve not only helped us make important decisions to narrow down scope and think of opportunities, but he was always ready to share lessons learned and observations when we got stuck. Steve's great. About 5 years ago Steve helped us sell a property. Because of his extensive network and well-produced photos, we were under contract on the first day.
