I hate giving a perfect score because nobody’s perfect but this practice is pretty close.
This was my first visit to Dr nishiyama and the whole experience was great. Everyone was friendly and efficient. His PA came in first and spoke in depth with me and then shared that info with the Dr. He came in and explained things in more detail. He kept asking me if I had any more questions. I didn’t feel like he was rushing to get to his next appointment. He gave me additional ideas on how to move forward with managing my knee pain. Highly recommend him
Efficient and I was seen on time. Friendly staff. I would like to have been seen by Dr. Nishiyama, since that’s who I went there to see, but only interacted with his staff.
