I bought a living social deal to get my oil changed and some tire discounts. I understand about living social and how, while it gets merchants exposed, it also represents an unprofitible transaction for them as they ojly get twenty five cents on the dollar for the merchant. All in all I was very pleased with Hogan and Sons, and will comfortably provide them a very high recommendation. I have no doubt that I'll continue to come to H&S for all my maintenance as long as I live in northern Virginia.
I recently went to Hogan's on the recommendation of a coworker to have a misfire repaired and also for a lot of preventive maintenance which happened to be due around the same time I was having issues with the spark plugs. They did a tremendous amount of work on my car (transmission flush, power steering flush, repaired misfire, alignment, oil change, all new belts, all new spark plugs/coils, tire rotation, and a few other things I can't remember) all in less than one day while I was at the office, and had it ready before I ... read more
I went to Hogans and Sons in Herndon for an oil change and 60,000-mile maintenance check at the last minute. They were very accommodating and ensured me that it would be done that day. Anyways, about an hour goes by and one of the mechanics approaches me. He tells me everything they did and what needed to be fixed, flushed, or replaced. He gave good explanations why these things needed to be done, prices and answered all my questions.
