I had not been to this office in several years and called yesterday to schedule an appointment for today at 945 am. The office called to confirm the appointment and I did that I explain to them that I needed a second opinion because I have been to another office and had not seen Dr.Birnbach in several years. I got to the office this morning and the receptionist said the doctor refused to see me since I had not been seen by him in several years and and obviously had gone somewhere else. Dr. Birnbach is an excellent doctor. Very thorough and efficient. Always spends the time to answer all your questions with well documented information he has researched. Dr Birnbach has been my doctor for over 27 years and I pray he never retires. Nobody can fill his shoes. His staff is just as thorough and helpful. You can always get an appointment and they always return your calls with answers to all your questions and concerns within the same day.
