When I arrived for my appointment I was checking in by the receptionist. She handed me a review sheet and asked me to fill it out. She was very friendly and calming (great traits at a GYN office) I was taken into the exam room by the assistant. Asked if I had any concerns to discuss with Dr Birnbach, she then gave me the stylish paper gown and paper blanket with instructions and said said they would be with me shortly. Dr Birnbach saw me despite my not having a scheduled appointment. He gives a thorough examination and diagnosed my problem immediately. I was very pleased with my appointment.
