I’ve been seeing Dr. Hardy for Chronic Migraine management for multiple years now. Dr. Hardy is wonderful and has been the only physician who’s actually been able to help me with my Migraines. He’s always very kind and has always made me feel comfortable. I will say, his office is extremely difficult to get ahold of, and if I need to call, I expect to be on hold for quite some time. However, that doesn’t change my rating for him as a Neurologist. I just wish the office staff was easier to work with.
Staff on the phone aren't capable of doing their jobs themselves, need everyone else to do it for them. Refusal for authorization because I don't know the exact type of Medicare my disabled brother JUST received as I've not received anything in the mail. This isn't the 1960s. The pharmacy has all of his insurance information already. Everyone else does, why can't you? Hardy is great but that's where it ends.
Saw him at Crittenton hospital after having a seizure. I feel like nothing has gotten better. I wait longer in then waiting room than I do for my actual appointment. He takes forever to send prescription refills in. For someone with Epilepsy you would think that would be important. At one point I had gone almost 3 weeks without my meds because he was slow to fill them. Several calls between me and the hospital pharmacy and 7 seizures later I finally get them. Dr Hardy and his entire team are fantastic! Everyone from the check in to check out were wonderful, kind and accommodating. Dr Hardy was patient and kind he spent a good amount of time with me. I highly recommend Dr Hardy and his office!
