Saw him at Crittenton hospital after having a seizure. I feel like nothing has gotten better. I wait longer in then waiting room than I do for my actual appointment. He takes forever to send prescription refills in. For someone with Epilepsy you would think that would be important. At one point I had gone almost 3 weeks without my meds because he was slow to fill them. Several calls between me and the hospital pharmacy and 7 seizures later I finally get them. Dr Hardy and his entire team are fantastic! Everyone from the check in to check out were wonderful, kind and accommodating. Dr Hardy was patient and kind he spent a good amount of time with me. I highly recommend Dr Hardy and his office!
Truly wanted to like this doctor. Yet his staff is impossible to get anything done or get medication. I have been waiting since 8/18/25 to get a new medication and I have yet to get it sent to my pharmacy and had to call to see what was going on. They just said they would send the doctor a message. I do not know if or when I will get the help I need if I stay here as the staff is rude and yell when they call you back. My migraines have not gotten better since starting seeing this doctor last year. He does not seem to take my... read more
Very persoable...He actually listens and hears you never, dismisses your concerns. My health has improved.
