It was excellent!
Staff is concerned about overall health of patients, not just dental health. They made me very comfortable and did an excellent cleaning as usual.
We highly recommend Dr. Hansen‘s dental practice. The hygienists are uniformly excellent and friendly. Appointments start on time, and the atmosphere is very pleasant.
What can I say, I love these people and not I'm not even related to any of them! I am always greeted with smiles and hugs. Their work is always the best.
Very much satisfied. Seen promptly, staff very friendly and efficient and Dr. Hansen very instructive and reassuring. The whole experience made me feel welcome.
Most folks hate going to the dentist - that is not the experience at Dr. Hansen's office. Whether you just need a routine check/clean or something major - this is the best place to go in Palo Alto. Gentle but thorough care, great staff - simply the best.
As always I am impressed by the professional and care the staff provide on each and every visit. I would highly recommend this practice and already have!
