I've been seeing Dr. Rice for the better part of a decade now and have always been pleased with his work and office. Great staff, very accommodating, and Dr. Rice is fantastic. I've recommended him to many friends and family, and I will continue to do so!

Excellent cleaning
Everyone from Kim (the calm, competent, and sweet receptionist), to Mark (hygienist) and Dr. Falkel, are as good as it gets. Mark and Dr. Falkel are both very patient in answering my many questions, and do so at my level of vocabulary (retired teacher/trainer). They are great about preparing the patient for exactly what is going to happen next, thereby preventing unnecessary worry. I show up willingly to appointments with no "calm pills" needed!
As usual my Visit to this office was excellent! The Hygienist and Staff in front Office always Friendly and Professional!

My appreciation to Dr. Michael Rice and his staff at Santa Rosa Dental needs to be shared. As a formerly very nervous patient, I am grateful to have received such professional, gentle & caring services for now over seven years & highly recommend Dr. Rice, as well as hygienist, Kasey. I chose Dr. Yee to take care of an upper molar that I knew might require a cap, a first for me. Dr. Yee explained the procedure, equipment and staff were efficient, created a new cap via the computer, baked it, inserted it in one visit. Perhaps my tooth did not require drastic reshaping but I was happy he offered me the option of not waiting for a second visit. I was impressed with his newer knowledge and techniques.
