I know a lot about dental offices and this one is STATE OF THE ART. And if that weren't enough, the staff is always excellent. Only go to this office if you want an exceptional experience!
The staff is incredibly warm and inviting; your comfort is paramount. Wonderful massage chairs, warming blankets, and television--all to make you feel at home.They take the fear out of dentistry. And Dr. Hansen does a phenomenal job explaining what she's doing as she does it so as to keep you informed and relaxed. She is gentle and understanding. Plus there's a great goodie bag afterwards!
I've been looking for a new dentist for quite a while, and was thrilled to find this practice. Located in downtown Palo Alto, the office is lovely, with a clean and modern layout, and easy access to parking. The staff and Dr. Jurash worked well together during the initial exam, checking often to be sure I was ok and not uncomfortable during the procedures, and helping me past the anxious moments. I'm confident I'll continue to have great experiences here.
I had a last minute scheduling snafu and no one to watch the baby. Not to worry, they told me to bring him along! It was his first visit to the dentist and ALL went well. I got a fantastic cleaning and the baby fell asleep in my arms. Can't beat that.
It was a pleasure to be under warm and nice care of dr Hansen and her staff, in particular Pearla. Lots of smiles and attention, great massage generated by the chair.

I haven't seen a dentist in 12 years and was pretty terrified about experience but at my vist I was welcomed with open arms and the whole staff is so one on one with you it TRULLY makes for a calm relaxing visit I now a have new found look at dentist office as long as it's with DR. Jurash and or DR. Hansen and there amazing staff !!
I cannot recommend highly enough both Dr. Hansen and Dr. Jurash and their amazing wonderful staff. They are totally committed to you as their patient and for long term sustainable dental health. I love them and would give them 10 stars if I could.
It was my first visit. Everybody was so courteous and helpful. The examination was very thorough. My first impression of Dr. Hansen's practice was excellent. I would rate it 5-star.
