Dr. Lo is extremely caring and very interested in what he can do to help me have a better quality of life with the Parkinson's. Disease. He listens well, and asks alot of questions , and explains things well to piece together the Best course of treatment for my Care! I feel Comfortable and Confident under His Care. I did share my concerns and frustrations regarding late returned phone calls and frustration about his staff regarding this, and he was extremely supportive that I contact him directly.
