Dr. Murk does spend time with the patients to give them the most appropriate care possible. But the staff has issues with getting back with you when you leave 3 different messages and you have to contact the office manager to get them to call you back. Then when you are told they will call you back to review the results of the tests preformed and leave messages for a month and still no reply it gets very frustrating to have to deal with.
Dr. Murk made me feel very comfortable with the diagnosis, the possible alternative treatments, and the proposed course of action. He took the time to answer all of my questions in terms that I could understand, and I never felt rushed or that he had something more important to do. I have been sciatic pain free since coming out of the ICU after surgery!
Dr. Murk performed back surgery on me in 2001. I have come back to him with a recent problem. I know that I may have to wait longer in the waiting room for my appointment because this doctor does NOT take shortcuts in his examinations and his explanations to his patients. He is thorough, and when I leave I understand what and why something needs to be done. I have sent many family members and friends to Dr. Murk. I am blessed to be his patient!
Dr. Murk was exceptional, He explain everything for me to understand and felt very comfortable. He went above and beyond any other Doctor has ever done. His manner is kind and I was very honored to meet him and have him take care of me during myvpost accident\ injury phase.
Dr Murk is highly competent and has a wonderful way of explaining things to his patients. Kind and patient - the best! Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I have never seen a physician spend so much time with a patient.....in today's healthcare setting people often leave feeling like no one really cares. Dr Murk is ki d and compassionate and seems to honestly care about you. I have seen him as well as my ex husband and he has always be great
