Dr. Murk saw my husband in WI after a fall from a ladder. More than any of our providers, Dr. Murk took generous amts. of time to assess what was happening and offer support.
Basically ruined my life. Suggested I get a surgery c6-c7 herniated disc in my neck. Lied to me and told me I should be able to work the week of the surgery. Didn't perform the surgery correctly; my neck is visibly crooked now; issues occurring all down my spine, to my hips. I waited for over an hour for the follow up appointment before I had to leave; he never showed up. Without any contact or notice, he's retired now. I'm 26 years old and I'll be in pain for the rest of my life.
Dr. Murk is wonderful, but after being told he is accepting new patients I was informed he is retiring at the end of April and I'll be transferred to another doctor. Wait time is now been 90 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and there's no indication that I will be seen anytime soon. The front office staff are harried and overwhelmed.
Dr. Murk is by far the biggest hero in my life. Was there waiting? Of course, but I’d wait three hours to see him. He’s a specialist, the most patient and kind doctor I’ve ever met. He knew the extreme pain I was in and helped me through it. Between his thorough explanations and his answers to my endless questions, I knew exactly what to expect. I feel 1000% better now thanks to his care. Couldn’t recommend him more highly.
Dr Steven Murk is a healing professional. He listens to his patients and is 100% invested in getting the best care and follow up for his patients. He is compassionate and caring. You never feel rushed with him during your appointment
Dr. Murk treated my son after a motorcycle accident and was up front honest and more compassionate than I’ve seen in years from any medical professional. When I injured my back he worked with me to do everything possible to fix it to avoid surgery. Unfortunately it was to a point that I needed surgery and he and Dr. Bhatti were amazing through it all. I am “fixed” and can return to a normal routine and it saved my military career! The wait for an appointment is worth it!

Absolutely wonderful! Dr. Murk takes his time to listen & talk to you. He is one of the most throrough doctors ever. My husband & I are so blessed & thankful for his compassion & time! Yes, we had to wait, but we figure he is taking his time and as good of care for others as he does us. Five stars aren’t enough for recommendations & care.

Dr Murk and the ENTIRE CSNA staff are rude and uncompassionate to their patients! You can't get an appointment, they promise to follow up, but they don't, and they get very upset when a patient is proactive in their plan of care. My husband's neck fusion broke and the screw is broken causing severe poison and both arms are numb. Dr Murk refused to help him and said, "your situation is not bad enough for surgery. I can't help you." Think twice before going to csna doctor! Be wary!
Dr. Murk is thorough, professional and kind. He took just as much time as it was necessary to answer all of our questions. The referral process for the office can be painfully slow and take two weeks or more. Dr. Murk is aware of this and can only do so much. He's worth it
