To say the staff was courteous and professional is indeed an understatement. Every staff member I had contact with was above and beyond exceptional. They genuinely care about their patients. RecommendedI had my first cataract surgery yesterday. One of the medications I received during the surgery caused me nausea after. The nurses and nurse anesthetist were great, and did everything they could to help me through it. One of the nurses called me this morning to check on me. Thankfully, I feel much better today. And I have great vision in my eye, no pain or scratchiness. For the first time in 59 years, I woke up and could see without needing my glasses.

RecommendedBeing a “process” orientated quality professional; the process control, process hand-offs from one person to the next is quite impressive. The use of kanban tools is impressive as well.
