Every staff member at the West Bay location has been well trained, appears competent, and has been kind and courteous to me as a new patient. Having undergone a failed eye surgery as a child, I have a vivid imagination and recollection of the old experience. I was concerned about any type of treatment, but I underwent yesterday's (10/28/20) cataract removal and lens replacement with no qualms, fears, or pain. Everyone I met made me feel competent and comfortable. I will return next week for the surgery on my left eye.

I had my first cataract surgery yesterday. One of the medications I received during the surgery caused me nausea after. The nurses and nurse anesthetist were great, and did everything they could to help me through it. One of the nurses called me this morning to check on me. Thankfully, I feel much better today. And I have great vision in my eye, no pain or scratchiness. For the first time in 59 years, I woke up and could see without needing my glasses.
