not happy with the fact the closed without telling any patients and now I have to pay $12 to have my glasses mailed to me, instead of setting up a pickup system for their patients horrible customer service hole in the wall bars have better systems to serve their customers than this place

RecommendedJust had cataract surgery on both eyes... right was on 2/12... left one yesterday... went to follow up today, already at 20/25.... I am so happy with, and grateful for everything and everyone at the Institute!!! THANK YOU!!!
