The service was great and i felt comfortable with the nurses and the doctor looking forward to using my left eye again
Busy place sometimes seems hectic but very caring staff and great results. Previous surgeries by Weinstock who is great, this time Dr Kirsch who I now know is also great. Eyes are precious and I trust this clinic and Drs
Besides the volunteers staff who were very friendly and kind --- an hour plus wait is completely absurd! Skip this place unless you're desperate, have all day to wait around for an overbooked, money-hungry, and completely non-professional establishment, or have to be here because you had your procedure here! They do not value your time! What a waste of time!
Went there for an eye exam which was fine. When I checked out they charged for procedures that my insurance covers. I spoke to my insurance company while there, gave them the procedure codes on a piece on a piece of paper the Dr gave me for trial contacts. One of the ladies at the front desk took it away from me and said I couldn't have it. I will never step foot in this office again nor will I have anything good to say about them! Obviously they don't know what different insurance policies cover.
I had a great experience. Everybody was helpful and courteous. I was nervous about the surgery, but I didn't feel a thing. Thank you Dr Robert Weinstock and staff. Keep the great job!
Doctor and staff were excellent! You are greeted at the door and the excellent patient/customer service continues until you walk out!
I recently took my Mother to The Eye Institute and we had a very positive experience. We left there feeling informed , confident and secure in knowing that my Mother's sight will be restored to the best of their ability.
Great group. Outstanding service and topnotch facility.
We were there for 3.5 hours for a routine exam and consultation, but the staff and Dr. made up for it by being so patient, caring and kind to my 88 year old mother. Dr. Kirsch even gave her a Darren gift card for waiting so long. Excellent.
