Thanks to Dr. Hairston, my fear of having a serious eye problem has been laid to rest. Today his team of certified technicians worked seamlessly together to provide the doctor all the information he needed to perform a thorough diagnosis. Among the office efficiency was the genuine care I felt from everyone, including Dr. Hairston. His quick whited humor had me feeling like family. I highly recommend Dr. Hairston, his friendly technicians and the entire staff at The Eye Institute of West Florida.
Since first coming to the Eye Institute of West Florida 5 years ago I have been totally happy with my experience! Dr. Jasmine Mohadjer performed upper eyelid surgery that not only helped me to see better, but improved my appearance! She is truly an artist who cares about each one of her patients. Dr. Neel Desai most recently performed cataract surgery and I am extremely happy with the results! 3 1/2 hours waiting for a doctor is so beyond ridiculous. You need to get your crap together. This is unnecessary and completely unprofessional. Especially when we have an appointment and we can see groups of your staff socializing. I'd complain to whoever is in charge but I assume that's a doctor and he only cares about getting paid, otherwise this place wouldn't have the horrible service it has. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to your joke of an office.
