Dr DeRoos and staff were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He had not checked my daughter's records enough prior to our visit to know what was wrong, even though staff had me mail a copy of scans prior and we had had the appointment for 3 months. Dr seemed surprised that we waited so long to see him - even though that was the first appointment I could get and was told I was on a waiting list, but never heard anything.
Dr DeRoos always listens carefully to our concerns and opinions. He works with us to make the best decisions for our child and we appreciate that.
Dr DeRoos was very knowledgeable and did not hesitate to get us the care that we definitely needed to start treatment for our son's newly diagnosed condition.
Dr. DeRoos has a wonderful bedside manner and has always been a great advocate for our daughter.
I found Dr. DeRoos to be an amazing Dr. He was kind, friendly, easy to talk to and very through. I felt at ease with his exam and he answered all questions without rushing us.
Dr. DeRoos is obviously very knowledgeable and has a good rapport with patients, however, I never feel he has prepared to see my son. He's always looking through his records and doesn't seem to be aware of what is going on with him.
Always excellent thorough and caring
It was a great appointment, Dr DeRoos listened to our concerns and was proactive in treating the issues we were concerned about.
