Dr. Major cares about his patients and is very thorough. He is definitely old school but he is going to make sure you get the best care.

Very efficient office. Good and thorough medical care.
In this day and age of corporate doctors Dr. Major is the direct opposite. We are not another number and he spends the time needed for his patients . He makes sure you understand the plan. It may seem old fashion but I am fine with that!
I would've given "Dr" Major a negative star review if possible. This was by FAR the worst office I've been to!! Waited way too long to be seen(about 3½ hours), his attitude was very nonchalant regarding the help I needed, I filled out all types of questionnaires (which at the end he stated he wasnt going to prescribe me anything at this visit) and said the staff would make an appointment for me to speak to a psychiatrist and it never happened!! Today on New Year's Eve 28th 18 at 1240 I called to see how late they would be open today got put on hold came back asked me who i was put me on hold again when they came back said if i want to be seen today i need to come on. Wow customer service at its finest. Ive seen Dr. Majors several times in the past and very satisfyed with him. His staff on the otherhand are very unprofessional and clueless as the above comments demonstrate.
Will not fill out paper work needed for job as promised. Always given the runaround. I have been waiting for my paperwork for over a month. Last year I had to wait two months for important paperwork. You wouldn’t believe the lies and excuses the head office personnel tell the patients. I should have left a long time ago. Will contact the MS Medical board.
My husband is a diabetic. Office personnel will not return pharmacist calls for the medicine he needs. This happens often. They are sloppy and slow to take care of their patients. I pray to God that nothing happens to my husband while he WAITS for them to take care of business. I have begged him to change doctors, but he does believe in Dr Majors. Just wish he would get competent office personnel. Do not recommend this office.
