Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did this orthodontist offer alternative choices to metal braces (ceramic, Invisalign)? Yes, they had expertise in all areas

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did this orthodontist have testimonials and/or before-and-after pictures from previous patients? Yes, they made a point to show me Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Their staff is very friendly. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The orthodontist spent a lot of time with me during my visit. They really listened to me and made sure to thoroughly check my teeth.
