Dr Steven Cartmell is one of the best I’ve been to - and I’ve been to a lot of eye drs in my 50 years through multiple transfers throughout the US. Very thoughtful, and experienced; does not seemed rushed, very thorough, and does not pressure you for anything other than what you ask for/need; just a great provider - I will definitely be returning to him, he is EXCELLENT!
I was given glasses that I cannot see out of. I have an astigmatism. but he changed my contacts that are terrible. I'll never go back

This place will rip you off and resubmit a claim to insurance to recoup the difference. They won't charge their patients the insurance contracted amount. This place is a joke. BEWARE...DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
Saw Dr. Cartmell today for the first time and I will definitely be using him as my permanent eye Care provider. His entire staff is friendly and courteous.
