We have been dealing with Billings Clinic and Dr. Arbogasts office for the last few months. He doesn't return calls, his office doesn't return calls and apparently they are ok with billing people and never doing their follow up with insurance companies. The BC billing department has even called him and his staff several times and they still haven't heard back from them. If you have any procedure done, make sure the insurance is taken care of ahead of time, because it will save you the headache later.
I am an internist and have referred patients for complex neurological conditions. Excellent and compassionate care from his whole team.
