Really helpful and encouraging when I came to him with severe lower back pain after a fall. Left already feeling better!
I went to Dr. Mangas trying to get relief for a painful knee. I officiate football ball and just assumed the pain was due to the constant pounding of running up and down the field. Dr. Mangas examined the knee. He then went lower to the calf and achilles tendon. He had his assistant massage that area and showed me a very simple stretch. That relieved the pain. Recently, I was in tears from pain and adamantly refusd I was not going to the E.R. I was reminded of Dr. Mangas helping me heal an injury to my back that was life changing! So, I looked him up..
