Dr. Bhutra is a brilliant and ultra compassionate pain management specialist. I came to him with a pain level reaching 10 and now due to his treatment and guidance I am close to a 2. Dr. Bhutra gave me my life back. I am so very grateful. I like to think he treats his patients like treasured family members.
He is very skilled at what he does. His RFA procedures have provided me with tremendous pain relief. You can also tell he has genuine concern for his patients well-being. Would highly recommend!

I was very uncomfortable in Dr Bhutra's office, the worst experience I have ever had. The staff didn't know what was going on, they didn't know how much to bill me, I got 3 different prices. I would not recommend capitol pain institute to anyone. Dr Bhutra was very unprofessional.
