Can't say I wanted to go through the process of getting my wisdom teeth out, but Dr. Guttenberg and his team were fantastic! Swelling and pain was minimal. Was able to fully function like my normal self the next day. Felt safe and cared for the entire time.
Dr. Guttenberg finally figured out what was causing horrible pain, and even tried putting Novocain in it so that I could tell if that fixed everything, which it did, and then he discussed my options with me. He preferred that I wait to see if it improved, but I couldn't tolerate that, so he did surgery. I liked that his preference would be to be less aggressive, but also that he took the time to talk about both options until I decided. The staff that took phone calls were so lovely, too.
Everyone was amazing and so nice! Recovered after one day. Would recommend to anyone!
I had my Wisdom Teeth removed and it went perfectly. He answered all my questions clearly, and did a great job on my surgery. I was eating steak less then a week after the surgery.
First of all, I can't believe that I had a tooth removed, a jaw fractured addressed, and an implant installed and all I needed after each procedure was a single Advil. That's crazy -- but that was my experience with Dr. Guttenberg. Total precision. Second of all, the staff is warm, friendly, and very understanding of quirky patients. I will miss seeing them.

I was most worried about the anesthesia affecting me negatively, but I had a very positive experience overall. It healed really well and I was able eat regular food much sooner than I expected. Everything was very concise and nothing was dragged on at all. Everybody was super nice and welcoming.
We had a fabulous experience with Dr. Guttenberg and his staff. Was able to get an appointment quickly. The office staff is incredibly professional and friendly. Dr. Guttenberg is lovely - very reassuring and clearly very experienced. The procedure was very quick and the staff was very responsive when we had questions afterward. Will definitely return if we need further work.
Dr. G is super nice and so are all the nurses. It was super easy and painless.
