My grandfather took my father to Steve Stein's Famous Deli, and my father took me. Three generations of the Jay family went here to purchase whitefish, kippered salmon, corned beef, knishes, seeded rye, etc. Wishing Steve the best and a happy retirement!

I was shocked when I found out steins is closing but Steve deserves it, he is the best but will miss his jokes and love of his customers plus his great food !
