Had an issue with the pipes being plugged. Called and was told someone would be there between 1-3 pm. He showed up at 1:10. Zac was great. My pipes were flowing freely within the hour.
I've used other plumbers but have found that Steve Silva Plumbing has the friendliest phone staff and the most timely, courteous, and helpful employees that they send to my home. What stands out is that when an error or accident happens (and they do...it can happen to anyone) they own up to what happened and take care of it right away...something that none of the others ever did.
