I would take an Uber in a 1977 Ford Pinto before buying from these unprofessional folks. Just say no!

First of all, they don't wear masks and don't follow distancing. The service manager was standing right in front of me with no mask. Not ok! Only 2 workers here bothered to put on a mask. Everyone else is living in 2019! I purchased 600 dollars worth of tires in February 2020 and 3000 miles later noticed a bubble in the side wall on a tire. They want to charge me full price to replace it. Everyone I have talked to said it's a defect but here they insist its damage. If -5 were a choice, I’d pick it. The worst experience I have EVER had with a car dealership. From the moment I walked through the door they were rude. The receptionist does not know how to speak to people. (She continuously “What... what do you need” me as I was speaking to her). The sales representative I had had the worst attitude, looked at me as if I were dumb and rolled his eyes after every question or statement I had. A summary of our dear friend Revvy and Jeff Dawson’s experience with them....a real shame. Please don’t use Steve Rayman Chevy!!!! Bought the SUV in late Feb. w/ a certified mechanic sign off on bill of sale that is was is perfect shape. 4 days later transmission completely died because that certified Chevy mechanic forgot to add transmission fluid 😳 They gladly took it back and “fixed” at no charge. Great! Received it back 1 week AFTER Shutdown. It still was not running right, we kept calling and they kept telling us there... read more
