scheduled painting later this year when the weather is better. Steve was on time for our appointment and gave a very reasonable estimate on the cost, he gave us the amounts of stain and paint we would need to buy and have for him when he comes to do the job. Very professional man and is so easy to talk with.

He was professional and worked consistently, but the paint job was not up to par. I can still see some of the old paint color beneath the new paint color. More paint should have been applied to cover the old color completely.
The man is a professional. He helped choose the right color paint, even brought samples to try, repaired a few loose boards (not in the contract), washed all the windows when he finished painting(also not in the contract). Very personable gentleman. Bottom line; he did what he said he would do and within the time frame promised. I have already recommended him for another job.
For the price, the job could have been better and I paid for the paint. Attention to detail was lacking and drippings everywhere.
Mr. Palmers price was very good. He was able to get started quickly and finished the majority of the work in a timely manner. Not a superior job but adequate for my purposes. The issue came with making a few corrections that needed to be made. It took multiple times to get this resolved when IMO it should only have taken one time.. If price is your main concern then he would be worth hiring.
