Steve communicated well, showed up as scheduled, completed the job for a reasonable price. He originally was to paint and stain the exterior of the house but things went so well that I asked him to repaint the interior also. He was courteous and professional and I would not hesitate to use him again.
He's a very hard worker.and you can trust him.i am very happy with his work.first painter stold 3 thousand dollars from me .he made me feel better about getting my outside of my house painted..thank you Mr palmer great job.my house is85 years old
We had an agreement with Steve Palmer to paint our interior home, he did not keep his promise and did not finish his job, and asking more money to do it the trimming was part of our agreement but he starts to make excuses and was greedy.
