Worst experience I have ever had! It cost me about 50k to sell my house and my realtor did nothing but collect the money and let the buyers realtor walk all over us. And we bought the house though ERA we had to pay closing costs then and for some reason we had to pay closing cost when we sold. Don’t use then they don’t care about the customer.
I highly recommend this company. They are very knowledgeable in the real estate market. The front desk lady is very helpful. You can’t go wrong with any agent in the office. I have bought and sold my properties with ERA and will continue.
Melissa Sturdevant is the most ethical agent I've ever met. She was contacted by someone impersonating my husband and tried to list our property. As she started asking questions and wanting proof that he was who he said he was after giving him her email and asking for it to be repeated to her they hung up. She had the integrity to search us out and called me.
