Deana Ashby-Watkins is the best. She's on the ball, sweats the details, and is highly responsive. You can also tell within 5 minutes of meeting her the most important thing to her is finding her clients the right real estate. I can't say enough good things about Deana and how fortunate I've been to have her assistance on two personal home purchases now. I look forward to letting her work her magic on selling my old house now!
Worst experience I have ever had! It cost me about 50k to sell my house and my realtor did nothing but collect the money and let the buyers realtor walk all over us. And we bought the house though ERA we had to pay closing costs then and for some reason we had to pay closing cost when we sold. Don’t use then they don’t care about the customer.
I highly recommend this company. They are very knowledgeable in the real estate market. The front desk lady is very helpful. You can’t go wrong with any agent in the office. I have bought and sold my properties with ERA and will continue.
